I have been to every @Buick dealers in south Florida at this point all for different issues! Never again will I buy a Buick! I bought it a year ago and have had it for maybe 6 months cause every time I’ve taken it for a diffeeent problem! Fuck @BuickCanada

Once again never buy a @Buick @BuickCanada they have the worse costumer service and I am once again with out a car for more than a month! Last time I didn’t have my 2024 encore back after 4 months! This is a joke! Worse purchase ever! 😡

Don’t ever get a @Buick @BuickCanada encore gx in less than a year with it and have had some major issues from parts being back order for more than 4 months after accident not having the car for all that time and now coolant and electric problems! & no one helps, it’s rediculous

Don’t ever buy a @Buick especially new! Haven’t had a car for for almost 2 months due to back order parts! Haven’t been mobile and have lost a lot of work due to it. Being a single parent of 2. This is just the worse experience I’ve ever had with a purchase of a new car! 🤬😡

@Buick the excuse that you guys are not willing to work with a 3rd party is beggining to become a lil bogus my insurance and the repair shop has contacted you guys and I’m paying for a car that nearly got damaged and it’s been a month that I been with out the car. I need answers

@progressive a costumer for years, I get into a lil fender bender and you guys send my new 2024 to a third party body shop and now they can’t find the parts and my car is estimated to be done in 2 months or more! When it should have been taken to a dealer! Please help!

@Buick how is it that I am paying 4 a 40,000+ 2024 encore gx st! I get in a little fender bender and I can t find parts to replace the light, hood and some other parts! Due that they are back order! So apparently is going to take up to 2 months to get my car :( @gmfinancial Help
