So @Disney has a new app @DisneyNow and this new app is total garbage. It never works properly. Ever! The only thing we do now is watch less #Disney I'm not certain but it probably isn't a good business model to have customers consume less of your product.

WOW the @DisneyNow app for Kindle is just...terrible? Constant error message every time I try to start a new episode.

@DisneyNow Not sure if you're aware of this, but Big Hero 6 show E3 loops back into E2 automatically, so if not changed manually will play in loop for infinity. Please help! Signed #momofa3yrold who won't let mom manually change it.

@DisneyNow - we’re having an issue where for just some shows the app is saying we’re not subscribed. We are subscribed and some shows work. Appreciate any help.

@DisneyNOW the app on my fire tablet is not allowing my to sign in to my provider ...as now all of a sudden I get a #bummer message while trying to watch full episodes.. was there a failed upgrade...change it back plz or what should I do?

@DisneyNow @RokuPlayer The Disney now app keeps crashing on my Roku. After opening the app it stays open for a few secs then closes and returns to Roku home screen. I reinstalled app still same problem.

@DisneyNow @RokuSupport Disney Now keeps crashing on our Roku 3 but not our Roku 4. The 3 had a system update a week ago, I don't know if that is causing the issues? The app will launch then shut down while trying finish its load cycle. I've removed it and reinstalled w/ no luck.

@DisneyNow Since the update on April 25,2018 I have not been able to login into my comcast account therefore can't watch a lot of the shows. It asks my for my TV provider and then gets stuck with the Mickey head on a red screen. Never had problems with the app prior to this

@jezijr We are continually adding new cable, satellite, and other TV providers to our list. Keep checking back to see if your provider is added.

@DisneyNow when are you going to add @Sling as a tv provider? Not right. I get Disney/Jr/Xd and I can’t access all the content on your app because you don’t allow them as a tv provider. #Boo
