@ElGonzalo99@prodnose Read it in one of his books. He took a dislike to them coz they acted a bit high n mighty before they were famous. Probably didn't help they were mostly well-educated too. Can understand them not being everybody's taste but hard to ignore their talent.

Please can you tell me how to speak with someone senior in the UK.
I have problems with billing that have been going on for weeks, your online service agents are struggling to solve my problems.
I really need your help in this matter.
@virginmedia Hi, I can’t remember the numbers I have called, I have made many.
Your Uk disconnection team has called me numerous times but with the number withheld.
If I call that number will I speak with a senior member of the Virgin team ?

@virginmedia 8) Something has gone seriously wrong. I negotiated a deal with you and you assured me there would be no break in service. No TV, No landline and mounting bills. Please let me speak to someone who can address this.

@virginmedia 6) Since that date (early Oct) you have sent me a bill for £75 which I did not understand but I have paid.
This week you have cut my TV service off and my land line has been disconnected.
@virginmedia 5) During conversations with your Uk representative we decided on the exact same package as above but at a cost of £28 and you sent me a confirmation email to this effect.
@virginmedia 4) It was at this point I decided to stay with yourselves.
Part of the reason you made a comparable offer was because of how long I have been with you …. almost 30 years, I was an original blueyonder customer
@virginmedia 3) Further negotiations with yourselves over costs did not prove positive and I decided to leave Virgin.
I had several calls (from Uk agents) saying they could match the offer I had been given.
@virginmedia 2) I was informed my bill would increase to £68 per month…. That was too much as I now have to reign costs in as I am being made redundant in December.
I contacted another supplier who quoted me far less than that. …
@virginmedia 1) Ok, thank you again. This issue goes back to September this year.
At that time I was paying £51 per month for Mix it Tv - 125mb broadband - weekend calls on my land line…….
