@DitchMarentette @MentisWave Yes, that was my point. American crime culture prevents the development of other modes of transportation. Cars won't save you but they will greatly reduce your chances of being a victim. Not living in a blue city also reduces your chances to a greater degree.

Been seeing a lot of this mid IQ argument lately. The percentage of time we do/use a thing is mostly silly data, as it doesn't account for how useful that thing is, what it does, or the consequences of not doing it. We also spend less than 5% of our time drinking water. 🤪
