Every day I interview web3 people to hire. Super talented, great profiles, but they’ve jumped jobs once a year for the last 4 years. At first it’s a red flag because I want people who want to build Wonderland for a decade. Then you dig in and realize every company they joined was a shit idea that died pre launch or right after.
