"A lot more can be done with whatever you have today" is basically the attitude you need imo I've met so SO SoOOOOo many people who believe that capital is their constraint, or else attention. "If only I had capital and attention I could do it." There is never a guarantee of success, in fact it's MUCH more likely you will fail. When you do fail people will call you a scammer a rugger, and when you succeed people will diminish your accomplishment and call you lucky. And so what? Good That's the game. It's the one we want to play, it's hard af and unless you're a wealthy elite or connected to every single incumbent influencer / project then 99% of us will always fail. Good.

Empire Builder
Empire Builder@glankerempire·
Empire-native Staking is now live!!! 🌟🏛️ As part of the v3 rollout, Empires (with tokens) can now "activate" staking for their Empires. Once activated, anyone who holds your token can stake (and lock up) their tokens directly through your Empire! A dedicated Staking leaderboard and new staking booster options will be made available once activated! Empire Builder staking contracts are built on a fork of the @MintClubPro Lockup contracts - thanks yet again to the Mint Club legends ❤️ empirebuilder.world

The answer to which LLM is "best" depends more on your ability to wield the tool than the model itself. These things are next-token predictors with no real memory and no determinism. The only thing you have control over is the environment you place the agent inside. I recently worked with an executive who had built a skill file that was over 7,000 lines long. This behemoth was eating 45k-50k tokens every time it loaded before it even began to reason. And when it began to reason, the output was shit. I showed him how to structure skills inside a directory with reference files in subdirectories. We moved him off Lovable and into Claude Cowork. The model doesn't matter. Work with your LLM to build the environment around it. Claude's skill builder skill is quite well-equipped for this purpose, and those skills are interchangeable with any LLM or harness. I use Obsidian for memory management. Recently, I went through and mapped everything in my mind to Obsidian for my company. Every vendor relationship, who the points of contact are, their idiosyncrasies, everything. In addition, ongoing deals, code architecture, briefs, contracts, meeting notes, product management decisions... my brain, in markdown format. Again, just a bunch of interchangeable, living files that the LLM can update as needed. My goal is to avoid getting landlocked by a single LLM while creating a deep knowledge base for any agent I hook in. As I use these skills and knowledge graphs to plan tasks, those plans become additive and updated as they are completed. By the time I type "go," the LLM has so much knowledge and such strict guidance and acceptance criteria that it rarely makes a mistake, regardless of the model I'm using. So, which is better for what? None of them are better for anything. You are the control point. If the LLM is misbehaving, that is, to put it bluntly, a skill issue my darling.

We have completed a full audit and security check of the Empire Builder app after the Vercel security incident. The app was not affected by the incident. All data and API keys remained protected. Nevertheless, we have rotated all API keys as an additional precaution. Glank on.
Vercel@vercel

We’ve identified a security incident that involved unauthorized access to certain internal Vercel systems, impacting a limited subset of customers. Please see our security bulletin: vercel.com/kb/bulletin/ve…

fair launch tokens are an incredible model for bootstrapping attention and liquidity. these are the safest, strongest tokens imo. no team allocation. tokens are earned. and fees earned from a popular token are enough to sustain the business to keep growing -- but its not an egregious amount. if the team wants more of their token they can buy it on the open market post launch. beautiful. in an industry plagued by crime and where many founders stay anonymous fair launched tokens are one way to bridge the trust gap. another opinion i am crafting -- that i'm not as confident on yet but my instincts are telling me theres something there. is that token holders should not have equity in the company. equity should be reserved for the team. token holders get to continuously benefit from the work and innovation of the team from TGE. token holders get paid before the team -- while the team takes the risk and puts in the work. sure, token holders risk capital but if you are buying tokens you know that going in. token holders benefit on the way up. team can grind for years and token holders can profit more than the team during this time. tokens give everyone anywhere access to upside in an early stage company. the upside comes from attention and tokenomics. everyone becomes an angel investor. no government organizations involved. all completed on a trustless blockchain. that said 60 - 70% of angel investments go to 0. if you're investing in tokens you should assume this range too -- maybe even higher. this again points to fair launched tokens being superior. team can't rug liquidity and dont hold 70% to dump on the market. the risk is that the project fails or the founders simply give up. so now that i'm at the end of my post i think im a bit more confident in saying tokens are how the entire world trustlessly gets access to early stage projects and benefit on the way up. equity is the long game reserved for the team -- much less likely to be worth anything at all, but if it is then the team deserves that win. stop trying to fit tokens into equity. they are two separate things. i dont buy the token equity misalignment theory. both benefit in different ways and have different risk profiles. and this works if the token is fairly launched. it doesnt work if you have a 70% team allocation.
