Its entrapment! This may be your experience w/auto insurance co.’s too, at this time; if your state is financially hurting. DE- is a tax free state & $$ hurting! I wouldn’t be surprised if insurance co.’s are in cohoots w/the state to create cash flow from more tickets & fines!

And, can I sue the companies that denied him auto coverage if he ever gets pulled over and fined (or worse, car impounded) for not having auto insurance because they denied him the coverage?
