@palmpay_ng to the account had been changed to some random number she didn’t even recognize! She kept screaming that the new number wasn't hers, but they just brushed it off. ​She literally went to their office in person the next day to fix it. Again, she told them:

@palmpay_ng : "That number on my account is NOT mine!" And what did they do? They gave her a fake sense of security, telling her everything was fine and that no money could leave that account except via ATM card. ​Fast forward to today: She goes to use the ATM card, and guess what?
