Any inconvenience is regretted. As per rule, Return journey i.e” travelling towards the direction of the station from which the ticket is issued or in case of smart card if passenger is travelling towards the direction of station from which he has entered in the system” is prohibited and punishable. Passengers need to exit from the station and re-enter into the system to perform the journey in desired direction. @OfficialDMRC First you raised ticket from 20 to drastically 60 rupees. Second you make rules that from same station you can't enter and exit at same time. Third you make rules of single journey ticket. Fourth now 50 rupees for card deposit that is non-refundable. Why?
