Russian oil tankers headed towards China are turning towards India mid-way because we are forced to buy at high prices because of our rather slim reserves. India delivery of Russian Ural Crude is now around $ 98.93 per barrel but China delivery is around $ 81-83. So, China is getting Russian crude at $9-$11 discount to Brent but still refusing to buy it because of its comfortable reserves while India is just getting a discount $4.80 to Brent but is still has no option but to buy it because we did not plan and build enough strategic reserves. This of course can change rapidly if Iran war drags on because then China too will have to buy at high prices and thin discounts like India.

Soti Ji , between China and Russia , there are pipelines. If I recall correctly, there is one called ESPO , from Eastern Siberia region to China. Pipeline supply will always be cheaper than by shipping. Even if Russia sells to China at market price , they will still pay less than India, as for us we have to use the Vladivostok - Chennai route. So, it is understood that India will pay what it has to pay. But, India is still better off than many countries especially the EU, who despite having a pipeline next door, will not take it , and will ask India to refine the same Russian crude. Probably the profit from exporting refined Russian crude will offset the need to increase oil prices for consumers in India. Today, I don’t think, govt has increased the petrol or diesel prices anyways.

यूजीसी कानून के विरोध जनरल कैटेगरी के प्रदर्शन पर प्रतिबंध लगाने के बाद सनातन धर्म और देवी-देवताओं के विषय में आपत्तिजनक भाषा प्रयोग करने वाले स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य को यूजीसी कानून के समर्थन में दिल्ली में भीड़ एकजुट कर प्रदर्शन करने की अनुमति देना कैसे हिंदू एकता को बढ़ाता देता है? प्रदर्शन पर प्रतिबंध था तो सबके पर होता। मोदी जी की भाजपा साफ बता रही है कि हिंदुओं में आपस का झगड़ा हो तो वो कौन से पक्ष के समर्थन में खड़ी होगी। वह यह भी बता रही है कि उसे कौन चाहिए और कौन नहीं चाहिए। जिस प्रकार कांग्रेस-सपा आदि सरकारों में मुसलमानों को कुछ भी करने की छूट रहती है उसी तरह मोदी जी की सरकार में नीलसियारों को खुली छूट मिली हुई है।

All of North East Hill dwellers were once some or the other Tribe. All those who converted to Christianity continue to enjoy the Tribal status but former Tribes like Meitei, Matak, Moran, Chutia and Koch - Rajbangshis which converted to Hinduism are no longer considered Tribals. One can find Naga, Khasi, Garo, Mizo and even a lot of Kukis in Central Govt and PSU jobs. But the erstwhile Hindu Tribes have a very poor representation.

Our satellite navigation system should have been guiding Afghan drones against Pakistan just like Russian and Chinese navigation systems are guiding Iranian drones against American bases in the Middle East but our desi NAVIC is defunct at the exact same time. This could have been our Stinger missile moment in Afghanistan.
