@JeffreyHef95581 @ClovThe he said it's going to sub $1 in the original post and that he sold at $3.8 so he could buy it back cheaper - That is what trading is. Selling and buying back the same asset. I don't know what you define trading as.

@LancePellerin I own clov, and I've not received one shareholder letter. Also I don't remember AMZN diluting share holders.

I haven’t listened to $PYPL earnings call yet, I’ve only skimmed through what happened but I already have a couple of observations. I’m perfectly fine with people making fun of me because the stock is down 20% (They probably have nothing better to do). That’s simply part of contrarian investing: you can’t expect to be right 100% of the time on every idea. That said, let me be very clear about one thing: it doesn’t even cross my mind to sell my position at a ~15% FCF yield, with a similar level of buybacks expected in 2026.

@J_Wise_geology I sold 1/3 at $60-$65 and will probably sell some a little more if we break $85. They are changing margin requirements so it probably reverses

@ICuRaRook @FSOceanClub 20% tip is $50 before tax. I usually don't tip on the tax. So if you wanna add $13 I don't see any harm if you liked everything. If the meal and service sucked than I wouldn't add an extra tip.

@steve_hanke This guy was talking deflation a year ago - saying to buy the 10 year and "it was baked in the cake" because the money supply was falling.

Yours truly on what's keeping me up at night: "What's keeping me up at night is that I’m anticipating a loosening of the money supply that will be excessive, and give us more inflation… I don’t think that inflation genie is going to be put back in the bottle at 2%.”

@globalkennyp Is the K a heart? Since you 3b pre you should only be getting action from pairs and stronger hands but than you played the flop and turn passive so meh - maybe he is turning a hand like KQ or 99 into a bluff. If you gonna fold good river card to jam, just fold turn.

An interesting hand i played during my trip to Los Angeles this past weekend in the $20/40 public game at Commerce. Commerce $20/40 utg (reg) open 100, i 3b utg1 350 JThh, btn(reg) cold c, sb(rec) cold c, utg c. (1440) K67r xxxx (1440) 8h bdfd sb lead 150, utg c, i c, btn r 1400, only i c. (4540) 7h x, he jams for 7.5k, i tank forever and fold. river jam just seems super greedy and almost like a “if u have a flush u cant fold so im just going to jam” type of play here. sometimes even i make big folds not gonna lie folding this really hurt my soul but this just felt like 88 or even like a slowplayed KK pre. Not sure what the cold calling range on button will look like. I thought 88 was most likely here, and occasionally a KK that doesn’t 4b pre given the super tight ep config. (Main Villain is the one who bet/folded QQ in the other hand) Weird weird spot!

@mydogrocko @BartHanson He can't get limited if he wins. The casino won't kick him out. If you +EV sportsbet, you get kicked off the site/limited to $10 bets. So it's completely different.

These legal sports books prey on gambling addicts with wall to wall ads, shoving SGPs with 15% hold down their throats. But if you place a few hundred on some of their weaker lines you get limited to $10 wagers. Pure insanity.

@MMApsychology @andystackspoker Live poker is extremely underbluffed - so in theory it's a call, but you are just almost always losing to this line.

Poker players are sick. They’ll fck with you after beating you just to tilt you more. I raise 88 Utg to 3.1K Folds to bb who calls. He covers. Flop A-4-5. He checks. I bet 2.4K He calls. Turn J. He checks. I check. River 8. He bet 16K. I raise to 35K. He shoves 46K more. I tank and eventually fold. He lets out the “phewww” before sliding in his cards face down. For the next hour, he pesters me nonstop about what I had. I don’t answer. He asks if I had 88. I don’t answer. A couple more hours go by. He says let’s exchange hands. I tell him to just say his hand… He says 22. He had that one lined up. I should’ve saw it coming.

@antmillionsbot So it's only manipulation when it goes down? What about when it goes up for weeks? You ether didn't take profits or are over leveraged

@aiko_qstarlabs @LayahHeilpern Exactly- you can put on $1 of risk and show these rediculous winners. I cannot stand these people. The entry and exit are just so bad - these crypto Influencers are so annoying and usually wrong.

Leverage trading screenshots are survival bias, not strategy. You're showing winners. The mechanism—how many positions blow out, what the fee structure extracts—that's where actual returns live. Capital doesn't flow to platforms, it flows to infrastructure that doesn't require leverage to work.

Remember billionaires can buy the top of the market. They can afford to not take profit. They do it every cycle. You however should be implementing appropriate risk management strategies. Stop copying the smart money.

🚨 BREAKING: The Prop Firm Bubble Is Cracking Insider reports suggest that Tradify, MFFU, are showing serious financial instability behind the scenes. These firms are being fueled by sim gamblers traders buying 10–20 accounts, maxing out full port, and calling it “strategy.” Worse, sources claim MFFU is manipulating data feeds to control payouts and risk exposure. If this continues, the future of these “big 2” could collapse faster than anyone expects. ⚠️ The truth: Prop trading is becoming casino finance. Stay alert. #PropFirmNews #TradingCommunity
