Smooth game this week in our club championship. My opponent was a junior who I'm sure will keep getting better. They just made a few inaccurate moves and then in a worse position (below) blundered. A nice 98% accuracy score for me!

@DinaBelenkaya Well, technically it not three moves but three times the same position with the same rights of moves.
So if you have lost castling in between for instance then it is not considered the same exact position.

Just curious, how many of you actually know the 3 moves repetition rule?!

@GMJacobAagaard Well, the fact that Hans held his own against the computer for some moves cannot by itself suggest he cheated.
But it is not good role model for Ian to be using an engine during play, whichever reason he may have. It should be done for post game analysis.

Well Well Well 👏 I cheated and still lost; therefore, I am the victim. This explains a whole lot about Nepo and his antics. He also accuses people all the time, in the form of gossip. Mr.K has no issues with this, only Danya using the engine for educational purposes is bad.

Another win for me this week #chesspunks (Rnd 2 of County Champs).
Here I played b5 (-0.3). The engine wants e6 (-1.9). e5 (-1.3) and f5 (-0.9) also gd.
The engine moves seem odd to me as they weaken my king and pawn structure.
Any thoughts from stronger #chess players?!

This is where my opponent blunders with Rxc5 missing that my Queen on f6 now defends the Rook on d8.
And I go on to convert from there.

@chesscom I also want to point out to another bug where sometimes the rook jumps over the king in mysterious ways, sometimes left, sometimes right. I have a background in C++, python and Java. I’d be more than happy to correct these bugs.
