According to the Strava profile, there's a section of tomorrow's Tour of Turkey climb that's a bit over 80% gradient. Probably exaggerated, I'm not expecting anything over 65%. In all seriousness, it looks like a BRUTE of a climb - over 10% average gradient for 18km.

Maybe its just me. But where is the customer service! Had a less than desirable experience with @RideCannondale and their so called local bike shop reps. They lack empathy & willingness to help. I'm a proud owner of a system six and my rim got damaged...they could careless.
