Maybe its just me. But where is the customer service! Had a less than desirable experience with @RideCannondale and their so called local bike shop reps. They lack empathy & willingness to help. I'm a proud owner of a system six and my rim got damaged...they could careless.
Talking to a customer rep @RideCannondale via email because no one picks up the phone is like chatting to a robot. Lets not even talk about their local bike shop rep. Can't believe I spent this much money to receive shitty service. Lesson learned #cannondale#whatcustomerservice
