We must never forget about the SAVE America Act Not for a moment Until it passes

If you’re a Conservative and this is how your elected official votes once in office, HOW FKN PISSED OFF are you? This MONSTER, Fake Conservative Brian Fitzpatrick, who voted for child mutilation is tagged … BE LOUD!

So… There’s Medicaid fraud but no voter fraud. There’s welfare fraud but no voter fraud. There’s daycare fraud but no voter fraud. There’s hospice fraud but no voter fraud. Everywhere we look there’s major fraud but no voter fraud? Voter fraud allowed all the other frauds.

The first Alito footnote is notable: he says the original case was conferenced 7 months ago. That says there’s more than a little smoke to the rumors the liberal justices drug their feel to impact the midterms, and now Jackson is throwing a fit the majority is fixing that delay

No more excuses for keeping racist maps. If they’re unconstitutional or illegal, we need to get them removed immediately. We can still remove these districts this year. Let’s get after it.

8 days until the statute of limitations is up on Fauci. Besides getting to the bottom of Wuhan Bioweapons Lab conspiracy that killed millions, or that saved the lives of millions, we would also get a Supreme Court decision on the validity of the absurd Biden autopen pardons.

BREAKING: John Fetterman signals major break with Democrats, says he “can’t see continuing” with the party and believes “they’ve lost their way.” The Pennsylvania senator’s comments are fueling speculation about a possible party switch ahead of reelection.

BREAKING: 80% chance the Democratic party wins the House this year

🚨 HOLY CRAP!! Justices Sam Alito and Clarence Thomas just PUMMELED Ketanji Jackson's dissent, calling it "trivial at best, and the other is baseless and INSULTING" 🔥🔥 Jackson basically ATTACKED the majority, and argued Louisiana should be required to use an *unconstitutional* racially gerrymandered map in the 2026 midterms — directly against the majority ruling. Alito didn't take too kindly to that: "The dissent goes on to claim that our decision represents an unprincipled use of power...that is a groundless and utterly irresponsible charge." "What principle has the Court violated? The principle that Rule 45.3’s 32-day default period should never be shortened even when there is good reason to do so? The principle that we should never take any action that might unjustifiably be criticized as partisan?" "The dissent accuses the Court of 'unshackl[ing] itself from 'constraints...' It is the DISSENT'S rhetoric that lacks restraint." "The dissent in this suit levels charges that cannot go unanswered. The dissent would require that the 2026 congressional elections in Louisiana be held under a map that has been held to be unconstitutional." "The dissent does not claim that it is now too late for the state legislature or the District Court to adopt a new map that complies with the Constitution." "Nor does the dissent assert that it is not feasible for the elections to be held under such a map. Instead, the dissent offers two reasons for its proposed course of action." "One is trivial at best, and the other is baseless and insulting." Gorsuch signed onto this as well.
