Unilaterally attacking a sovereign nation is an act of war and a violation of federal and international law. This blatant pursuit of regime change doesn’t just affect those abroad, it directly impacts New Yorkers, including tens of thousands of Venezuelans who call this city home. My focus is their safety and the safety of every New Yorker, and my administration will continue to monitor the situation and issue relevant guidance.

Hoy, a las 5:00 a. m., mientras iba al gimnasio, le di un ride a un señor que estaba esperando una caponera y le pregunté que dónde iba tan temprano. Él me respondió: "Voy a Masaya a abrir mi tramo". Le volví a preguntar por qué tan temprano y me respondió que él comienza a vender a las 6:00 a. m. Luego, le pregunté a qué hora abren los demás comerciantes y me dijo, con una sonrisa maliciosa, que la competencia abre a las 7:30 a. m. y continúa diciendo que por eso él vende más que todos. Mientras que para algunos la mejor hora para dormir es a las 6 a.m., para él las 6 a.m. es la mejor hora para vender. Él es un claro ejemplo de que "el que madruga come pechuga".
