Dear @property24, please consider catering better for multi-listed properties in your alert system. I keep getting multiple emails for the same property when it's listed by multiple agents. In the last 2 days, I've received 18 alert emails for the same property!

@wilkinsoncape I’ve wondered that as well. I think it’s due to the fact that most people with inverters and batteries don’t have ones strong enough to power the appliances that use the most power - things like an oven, microwave, heater, etc. Lights and TV hardly use anything in comparison.

@andyhadfield It’s one of those “how long is a piece of string” scenarios, but typically most of the apps we build tend to start from around R500k+ mark. We build in React Native, so you build once and compile to all platforms.

Agencies/App developers out there. What do fairly simple enterprise (dangerous word, yeah) apps go for these days? Per platform? Simple user registration and 3-5 tools. I know “needs spec” etc. But just rough average?

Free idea for a Personal Sommelier app. When I’m at a restaurant, I take a photo of the wine list and then get recommendations back within 5 mins, based on my personal preferences (budget, taste, value for money, etc). If something like this exists already, lmk!
