Hey @UbisoftSupport. I just got Just Dance 2023 on Nintendo Switch. Can you tell me why I always cant connect to Servers but entire Tiktok and Youtube can connect?

Am stopped at the failed ubisoft connect screen where am asked to link a profile when in the connect app itself under my profile it shows i played the game.still battling with Ubisoft as through tweets/reddit could see am not the only one having issues

@UbiSupportFR Gamecash m'a repris le jeu : le vendeur a lui-même passé au moins deux heures sur ma console, avec mes codes, sans trouver ce qui se passait. Le 26/12, 3 clients sont revenus au magasin avec le même problème. Je précise que je vis en Guyane. Problème de zone ?

@Ubisoft DON'T BUY Just Dance 2023 for Switch. Hundreds of Nintendo Switch users including me can't play it because of Ubi Connect issue which stays unaddressed for 1+ month. @UbisoftSupport doesn't answer our cases and tweets, @Ubisoft keeps silent and does not acknowledge the issue.
