Airtel network has been poor for almost a week now. No communication, no updates, and no timeline for resolution. The reason is simple — there are zero consequences for this level of poor service. @NgComCommission fix this. @AirtelNigeria This is completely unacceptable.

@Inferno_iam @AirtelNigeria Same here bro getting to two weeks now my ODU router download and upload speed is running in kbps. I had to do factory reset probably It will work better. But I'm still getting the same result. I've given up on this @AirtelNigeria customer stuff and i hope they get it right

And we demand that there should be a dedicated page on their website showing their network status. To avoid frustration all the time.

@AirtelNigeria pls what is the Fair usage Policy on the airtel outdoor unit (ODU) 50mbps for 30days. This Is Day 10 of using the new device I got on the 5th of May, I probably have used about 300gb+, speed not bad 40Mbps+ consistently, but it has been on 700kbps all day.
