GPAC Field Athlete of the Week Andrew Schmitz was nmaed the GPAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week. Schmitz won a pair of events in the throws over the weekend. In the seeded shot put and seeded weight throw, 16.02m (52-06.75) in shot put and 17.90m (58-08.75) in weight.

Doane and College of St. Mary are partnering to offer a college recruiting presentation for high school XC & TF students and parents. It will be held March 9th at Omaha Westside from 6:00-7:00 and will cover: ▪️ Overview of recruiting process ▪️ Differences between NCAA/NAIA divisions ▪️ Scholarship resources/advice ▪️ Key considerations Derek Fey of CSM and Dustin Llewellyn of Doane will present. While both are distance coaches, their advice will be relevant for all XC and T&F athletes.
