HB 661 vs. HB 745 Ohio now has TWO NIL bills moving in opposite directions. This is no longer about whether NIL exists. It’s about: • Separation vs. integration • Clarity vs. complexity • Whether policy can actually be enforced

It’s not about me, it’s about us! Leaders know it’s not about them. When you win or things go well, it’s because of your people. When you lose or things go wrong, it’s because of you. Great leaders always give the praise and take all of the blame. They support their people and serve their needs. They’re not afraid of taking accountability or responsibility. Jesus is the ultimate model of this. All we need to do is to look to Him to see what this looks like played out. Leadership is a huge responsibility that should not be taken lightly. It’s your job to love and inspire others, and help them to see their value and to feel that value. Lead humbly. Serve greatly. Love deeply. Be a leader worth following….because it’s their choice to follow you! Team > ME
