Because I posted critiques of Thomas Massie and then explained the harm he causes the conservative movement. His is an unhealthy cult of personality. Trump is frequently accused of this, but it's a reality for Massie supporters. They lack the ability to engage dispassionately on his dismal track record of supporting Democrats while pretending to be "conservative." Vote wisely, KY-04.

There is no doubt that this is @RepThomasMassie toughest race. Voters here said they’ve moved away from him, not because of his quarreling with Trump, but because he’s made it about himself, not them. In contrast, @EdGallrein a multigeneration Kentuckian with decades of service in the U.S. military, is a relative newcomer to politics. He ran once in a crowded primary race for state senate in 2024, ultimately losing by a smidge more than 100 votes. Gallrein spent time away from Kentucky while he was in the military, but it didn’t take Kentucky out of him. His drawl is rich and deliberate, and his manners are impeccable. He retired 12 years ago and went right back to getting a little soil under his nails. La ruina de la que se me hace víctima en determinados medios no existe. Lo siento por aquellos que pudiesen encontrar un cierto placer en que esto fuese así. El proyecto del Teatro del Soho CaixaBank es un proyecto donde solo me planteo un objetivo: hacer las cosas como creo que se deben hacer y tratar de buscar la excelencia en nuestras producciones, más allá del déficit económico que estos acarreen, y que, gracias a Dios, puedo asumir sin ningún problema. Ese es el pacto con mi pasión por el teatro, por mi ciudad, y conmigo mismo. Si hubiese querido ganar dinero habría sido muy fácil. Pero he preferido hacer producciones grandes, donde he dado trabajo a cientos de personas, y he disfrutado como no lo habia hecho en toda mi carrera. La noticia es que voy a seguir haciéndolo. KY-04 is souring on Massie and rightfully so. It's not just the "no votes." It's not just the Trump endorsement. It's not just the "but muh Israel" BS (which only exists online). It's all of that, PLUS: It's the personality. Calling the admin the "Epstein Administration." Doxxing four innocent people after implying that they were pedophiles. Taking a stand against spending and acting principled when he was the deciding vote in the House Rules Committee in May of 2023 on a bill that suspended the debt ceiling under Biden for the remainder of his term, which added $1.5T to the debt (principles?). Accusing people of being paid to dislike him (he did this to me) as if that's the only reason why someone would ever dislike Massie. The arrogance is astounding. You're a public servant dude. Zero accomplishments or bills passed until the Epstein Files Transparency Act. It's more than just a few bad votes. KY04 has given Massie a lot of time to get things done and he's done next to nothing. Time for a change.

I prefer Republican candidates who haven’t been praised or endorsed by Politico, Mother Jones, the New York Times, Ro Khanna, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Code Pink, the Palestine Solidarity Movement, Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian. That’s kind of a red line for me.

Remember when Massie doxxed innocent people in the Epstein files, implying they were co-conspirators when they weren’t, and got them death threats? Yeah, I don’t give two shits what happens to that sick son of a bitch.

Massie did a full court press to fundraise off of women who held signs calling Trump a pedophile. Zero sympathy. Literally zero.
