@Sierra_Mills I love to read some really positive lines from their LORs to interviewing applicants. The smile when they hear them always reminds me that it is good to do this.

During my interview, a resident read me a few lines from my letters of recommendation to remind me how great of an applicant I am + give me a little confidence boost. It added a very unique touch to this stressful process 🤍😌

This is my dear friend, Nakita. Nakita and I were medical school classmates and both interns in New York City. Nakita tragically took her own life on May 26. She is such a beautiful soul. She was so fun to be around. She was intelligent, charismatic, and confident. (1/x)
