Loved bringing a highly enjoyable year of coaching to a close with an oil-change session for a @wiltsccc_scores U15 + EPP player from @MCol_Cricket @MarlboroughCC. Dug deep and resolved some technical issues with head and feet and transferring weight through the ball effectively.

#TFTD Often RAE research describes later born as being smaller/lighter & less physical than older born but height/weight/fitness measures usually show NO difference between birth quarters. When we do see differences it is usually due to maturation (growth spurt) &/or genetics.

@ECB_cricket Seeing Ryana McDonald-Gay and Alexa Stonehouse as Surrey players is a real kick in the teeth for Kent fans. Only funding the “elite” tier of women’s county cricket is so wrong. Kent invest in these brilliant players and Surrey reap the benefits.

Re-doing my ECB Safeguarding training, which is generally very good, but I am a rather baffled by the concept of a "camera registration book". How does one implement such a thing, and with what purpose? Anyone ever seen this done?

@teggy1971 All true. Noteable that is no movement to restablish base - stands up on the take and begins to open rather than catch through the point of take. almost over comfortable - complacency.

Blundell’s drop catch for me is a mixture of misjudgment of line of travel of the ball and technically weaker display of catching area on his left hand which has simply been caused by not quite watching the spherical object well enough.Still a fine keeper who doesn’t drop many.

First autumn session tune-up for a @Potternecc @wiltsccc_scores U12. Talented player looking to kick-on. Looked at the very basics of setup and processes and keeping it simple, and whilst much to do next time around, progress definitely on its way. Great work young man. 👏🏏
