🍿The Shakir Khan Case Is the Democratic Nightmare Newsom Is Trying to Hide
The case of Shakir Khan isn't just a local Cali headline; it is a blueprint for how easily the supposed "impenetrable"
mail-in system can be dismantled from the inside.
While parties parry and thrust the theory and “infrequency” of mail-in-ballot fraud, Khan is the living breathing, reality, and the details are staggering.
Face of the "Myth": Shakir Khan
In March 2026, former Lodi City Councilman Shakir Khan was sentenced to three years in jail, finally bringing a close to a case that proves election fraud isn't a ghost story.
It was a quiet Election Fraud case, the media didn’t touch it.
Investigators didn't just find a few clerical errors; they found an election factory-style operation at Khan’s fingertips:
71 Names, One Address: Khan used his own personal information to register dozens of "voters" to a single location.
41 Completed Ballots: When authorities raided his home, they found nearly 50 completed
mail-in ballots
stashed away—ballots that were supposed to represent
the private choices of his constituents—but instead, their “choices” were sitting in the hands of the candidate.
Instructional Tampering:
Body camera footage and phone records revealed Khan pressured residents to let HIM sign their ballots.
What a clever guy Khan even posted videos in his native
*Urdu language* instructing associates to lie to investigators if questioned.
Khan won his seat by fewer than 300 votes. In a system where mail-in ballots are sent out like coupons, he showed that you don’t need to hack a computer to steal an election—you just need a printer and a decided lack of oversight.
The "Meat": Why Newsom and Democrats are Panicking
If Shakir Khan is the evidence, then the legal fury coming from Sacramento is the cover-up.
Governor Gavin Newsom and California Attorney General Rob Bonta are currently leading a coalition of 23 states to sue the Trump administration.
The target? Executive Order 14399 mandates that the USPS only transmit mail-in ballots that have unique, trackable barcodes —AND, they must match a federally verified list of eligible citizens.
Predictably, Newsom is having none of THAT.
The "Secrets" Hidden in the Lawsuit:
The Tracking Phobia:
Democrats claim barcode tracking is "voter suppression."
But critics ask: Why?
If every Amazon package and Uber Eats order is tracked for security, why is "knowing where a ballot is" considered a “threat to democracy”?
The Trump Executive Order:
Requires states to cross-reference their 💀 rolls with DHS and Social Security data to ensure ballots aren't being sent to non-citizens or the deceased.
Newsom’s team calls this "unconstitutional overreach," but the underlying fear is clear: a cleaned-up voter roll would likely eliminate thousands of "ghost" voters that current systems ignore.
The Funding Threat:
The administration is threatening to pull federal funding from states that refuse to comply with these security standards.
Gavin Newsom is framing this as "lighting democracy on fire," but to his critics, he’s simply fighting to keep the "black box" of California’s mail-in system exactly as it is—opaque and vulnerable.
The question isn't whether the system is capable of being secure, but why the people in charge of it seem so terrified of the receipt.

@gman5180 @ken_tx4598 My thoughts about him. One. Are you paid to protest?
Two. If so did your employer carry medical and life insurance on you
Three. If not you should have kept your ass at home and minded your own business.
You FA and FO! This ain’t no silly game. FU!

Chalk one up for the people!
A Dollar General cashier in Tennessee, Linda Atkins, who has diabetes, was fired after drinking a bottle of orange juice during a low blood sugar emergency.
Atkins had previously asked her manager for permission to keep orange juice at her register in case of hypoglycemia, but the request was denied.
While working alone, she began experiencing symptoms of dangerously low blood sugar and drank a $1.69 bottle of orange juice from the store cooler to stabilize herself.
She paid for it immediately afterward and informed her supervisor.
Despite this, she was terminated for violating the company’s “grazing” policy, which prohibits employees from consuming merchandise before purchase.
Atkins filed a lawsuit under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), arguing that the company failed to provide reasonable accommodation for her medical condition.
A federal jury agreed and awarded her $277,565 in damages, recognizing that her dismissal was unlawful.

‼️Another long term business is closing in Portland Oregon. This is what Hookset Automotive wrote about it…
THE GATES ARE CLOSED. THE DEAL IS DEAD.
Twenty years of loyalty. Twenty years of sacrifice. In 2002, we fell in love with Portland’s heart. We built Hookset Automotive with grease, sweat, and a belief in this community. I traded my dream of being an architect for an oil rag to build an honest business with my husband, JC.
We did everything right. Portland did everything wrong.
I didn’t just run a shop; I served. I led the Parkrose Business Association. I hosted town halls. I stood before the City Council and begged for the law to be enforced. I was trying to save Portland from becoming the next Detroit. I fought for this district until there was nothing left to give.
In return, the city turned on us.
•Financial Extortion: The city didn't just lie; they taxed the shit out of us while doing so. They drained our resources with skyrocketing taxes while providing zero protection in return.
•Betrayal: Mingus Mapps, who once ran Historic Parkrose, used our neighborhood as a political stepping stone to the City Council. He ignored our pleas while drawing a salary meant to protect our streets.
•Slander: When I spoke up about the crime and the "Slough Town" gunfire, neighborhood groups responded with a smear campaign—spreading vile lies about my marriage to silence a woman asking hard questions.
•Sabotage: Last week, our landlord illegally chained the gates shut while we were inside. We were held against our will. When we called 911, the police—the same officers I defended for two decades—looked at us through the fence and called it a "civil issue." They went out of their way to make sure we didn't get help, even contacting the fire department to tell them not to interfere.
Your promise of protection was a lie.
We gave this city our lives, and it gave us a lock and a cold shoulder. We are closing our doors because the basic rules of a civilized society don't apply here anymore. The deal we made with this city—that if you work hard, pay your taxes, and follow the law, you’ll be protected—was a total lie.
To our loyal customers: You were our family. We are devastated it ended this way, but we couldn’t have tried harder. We poured every ounce of our souls into this place, only to be abandoned by the city we tried to save.
Portland, you didn’t just fail us—you threw us away. Keep your "weird." We’re taking our integrity somewhere that actually values it.
The gates are closed for good.
