Congratulations to our own @DoctorAliRezai for being recognized as a Person of Impact at this year’s Ohio Valley Brain Ball, benefitting the @alzassociation. 👏 Dr. Rezai also gave an inspiring keynote speech on #Alzheimers research and recognizing the RNI team.

The Senate just passed my National Plan to End Parkinson’s Act! This is the first-ever legislation solely devoted to ending Parkinson’s disease. Parkinson’s disease is the second most common neurological disease globally and I’ve heard many stories from WVians who have felt its impact. Once law, this will help move us towards new treatments and finally finding a cure. More details here ⬇️ capito.senate.gov/news/press-rel…

Dr. Ali Rezai & his team at @WVURNI are addressing some of the biggest public health challenges we face. I was proud to recognize Dr. Rezai at the Discover the Real WV reception in Morgantown. His groundbreaking research has had a profound impact on our state & the entire world.
