@DrJashDatta @TheNotoriousHPB Saying this again. Taking out more LNs only helps if the following exist: R0 resection, positive N2 LN (2nd echelon), and M0 disease. The problem is that with most cancers if N2 is positive than pts have M1 disease . Taking out more LNs hasn’t improved survival in any cancers.
