So, in a moment of personal development for me, I attended a Prot Church service. It wasn't for me in the end, but I tried.

@elimcgowan The most jarring part was definitely the Communion en masse. I didn't take Communion since it wasn't a Catholic service, but 12 people taking the Host at once from two women was odd for me. I get the symbolism re: the last Supper, but it was.... very odd to witness.

@elimcgowan It was a very nice experience objectively, but it wasn't something I was prepared for, and not something I would be comfortable with for my personal worship. It felt a little prosperity gospel to me. This is not a judgement on all Lutheran churches, just what I experienced.
