Why the difference? ChatGPT learns from the internet, which includes misinformation and non-guideline recommendations. UroGPT was trained exclusively on expert-authored EAU guidelines, preventing unsupported recommendations and improving guideline concordance.

@SaveYourSexLife Yes! Thank you for this. The so-called metanalyses don't take this heterogeneity into account. The recent Guidelines for Meta-analyses and Systematic Reviews in Urology by @VickersBiostats really helps illuminate what we should look for in these reviews.

‘A critical analysis of the methodological limitations in trials of LiSWT for ED’ highlights the heterogeneity in trial design with a 30-fold difference in shock number and 5-fold difference in weekly session number and number of application sites.
