Does anyone know whether Republic manufacturers can ship stuff out of Belfast and pay 10% tariff? What's to stop this? Are the rules of origin that sophisticated? There will have to be new rules - where there are rules...there are loopholes!!! ...askin' for a friend









Irish doctors over the years prioritised patient care above all else in their lives but the thanks for that has been villification by the media and contempt by the health service. This has to change before there's a permanent cultural shift with lasting consequences for patients

Minister for Health is on the radio right now, criticising the system that requires NCHDs to move so often, to pay emergency tax, & to face very difficult working conditions. If only he had been in a position to influence this stuff for the last four years.

Out of interest, after the last ballot in 2022 was overwhelmingly in support of industrial action leading to an agreement with the HSE on conditions etc, has anyone noticed any sort of substantial improvement? No point reballoting if you're going to fall for empty promises again
