Anyone who spent even five minutes on Snype this week could see it was nowhere near ready for a live auction- yet here we are. Hands-down the worst auction experience I’ve ever had. I had 200–300 listings lined up I would’ve happily bought, but instead got treated to this comedy of errors: 1. Bids don’t register. 2. The bids that do register somehow lose… to lower bids. 3. Auctions telling me I’m the high bidder- then magically awarding the win to someone else. 4. And now, for the last 30 minutes, I can’t even load a single auction. “Site too busy.” Perfect timing, since everything is ending while I’m locked out. I’ve spent 20+ hours this week slogging through this digital landfill- 20,000+ auctions dumped onto one page, no real filters, a search function so bad it borders on performance art- only to walk away with nothing because the platform simply does not work. This isn’t a “bug.” This isn’t “launch hiccups.” This is a full-scale systems failure. You need to fix this, @RickProbstein. Immediately. Because tonight was an absolute embarrassment. @CardPurchaser
