Investors with more leverage will outbid FHB or PPOR buyers...its evident from the financing
Taking money out of investors hands will cool the market price increases
but demand will stay in the short term

I managed to squeeze the investor out of the fight yesterday.
It was only serious buyers and over leveraged first home buyers in the end but..
Most were borrowing 95%.
What will happen to these people after a few rate rises?
