On day one of a Restore Britain Government, the burqa would be banned. It is distinctly un-British - it’s unpleasant, it’s divisive, it’s unsafe. We do not want it on our streets, we do not want it in our communities. They are political symbols - used to send a message. And it is becoming more common. We can all see it, we can all feel its presence. What must children think of these shadowy figures? Confusion and fear. I simply detest it. It is not normal. It must not become normal. We said we will have the courage to end the creeping islamification of Britain. And we mean it. Restore Britain will show that courage. Restore Britain will ban the burqa and the niqab.

I have tabled a motion in Parliament, supported by 33 other MPs from 6 different parties, calling for a public inquiry into the British public figures and institutions with links to Epstein. With child sexual abuse on this scale, it is unfathomable that other people did not know. Epstein's victims deserve the truth: who was involved, who knew what and when, who covered for whom. Nigerian migrant Adedapo Adegbola, who killed his ex-girlfriend Stephanie Irons, a British psychology student, has been sentenced to a minimum of 25 years in prison.
Adegbola, who only arrived in the UK in 2022, stabbed 23-year-old Stephanie to death in her home after she ended their brief relationship.
He then sent humiliating text messages to her friends and colleagues from her phone before fleeing.
“What you did on that day was to take the life of a young woman who was compassionate and accomplished, and whose only fault was loving you at one time,” the judge said when handing down the sentence.
