HORRIBLE: These pigs can literally only talk a step forward and backward in a tiny metal cage. That is their life. This is #pork. 😡

I was hoping to wake up to good news this morning, but unfortunately, no!! Our dear Fig Tree pride and still only 2 cubs 😔 I'm hoping for a miracle now for the missing cub to reappear. #LoveLions 🎥 shadracktaekolomali Instagram

Ever since I was little, elephants have always touched something deep inside me. Then, a few years ago I saw a story about two "circus" elephants that had been separated for 16 years, and both went to that sanctuary in Tennessee. They freaked when they saw each other and have been inseparable ever since. I think they love just like we do. There's so much we will never understand about nature. Thanks for sharing this.

@NiallHarbison Yes, I do believe that... 🥺🐕❣ What a wonderful transformation Sena had & cried watching her in this video. I just cannot fathom HOW and WHY people treat dogs in this way, starving & neglecting them, to the point that they're a walking skelton. Thank God Sena was rescued 🙏😇❤

I think sometimes dogs are sent to us. We’ve all had that feeling right? This is certainly the case with Sonny who recently got adopted from us and I wanted to shine the light on his owners and share a remarkable story. In the video you will see the amazing Sena. They saved her and built her back up and selflessly gave her the end to her life she deserved. After she left this world Beth was devastated but that’s when she spotted Sonny. As Beth says… When I saw the clip of Sonny looking up from the sofa, it literally felt like I was looking into Senas eyes because she often had that same expression. I cried most of the day thinking about him and I just had that gut feeling that she’d sent him to us. Same eyes, similar fur, resilient spirit - then the fact he could only be adopted in Thailand and had been waiting 220 days. It all just felt like fate. Now he’s home he continues to show similarities, the way his butt wiggles with his tail, the way he will go outside to sunbathe for a few minutes then come back in, how protective he is of myself and Gonz. But Sonny is younger and healthier than Sena, it’s almost like she sent us him to continue to love and enjoy all the things she couldn’t do due to her health. I think we can all agree Sonny has found the ideal parents and although he will never replace Sena he was certainly sent to the wonderful Beth and Gonz. Some things are just meant to be. To see how they care for their current dog and cherish the memory of what has come before is a thing of beauty. Beautiful people @sonnyfromsena ❤️

Chester made it out of Ridglan Farms today. This morning, he was still inside a testing facility. Tonight, after two years in a cage, he’s inside a home — with his new mom, @Zoe_Rooster. I’m facing felony charges for rescuing dogs from Ridglan. But watching Chester walk into a home for the first time shows me why it’s all worth it. Dogs like Chester deserve to be safe and loved. And there are dogs like him stuck in labs across the country. Soon, we will bring them all home. ❤️

@Protect_Wldlife Yes, i would love to travel beside a dog 🐶 especially if it's a St. Bernard. My in-laws had one called Albert. 😍 However, beware of all the slobber flying everywhere especially IF they shake their heads, and they snore very loudly too, so might keep the passengers awake! 😂🤣😂

Would it bother you to travel on the same flight as a Dog? Compared to some passengers that I’ve had the misfortune to have been sat beside I would love to travel beside a Dog 🐶.

@Protect_Wldlife Yes, it was way overdue to have elephants in circuses 10 years ago!! So WHY are elephants still being forced to work on the road, to tour with other circuses?!! These elderly elephants should be retired to a reputable sanctuary, before the worst case scenario happens. 🥺🐘💔

This month marks 10 years since Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus last used elephants in their shows. Yet, a decade later, 14 elderly elephants are still forced on the road to tour with other circuses. At a time when many Americans assume circus elephant acts are long gone, these shows continue quietly across the country with a population of geriatric elephants, many of whom are in their mid-to-late 50s.  Learn more: humaneworld.org/en/news/elepha…

Isn’t it great that we’re celebrating David Attenborough’s 100th birthday whilst ignoring the message he’s spent the last 20 years trying to get through to us:

If you thought we've run out of ways to be cruel to the animals we eat, someone invented this process. 😡 Can you imagine the claustrophobia, confusion, & terror these #fish will endure? 😢

Please don't harm Opossums! They’re harmless and actually really useful. They keep pests in check (eating ticks, roaches, rats, and scorpions), clean up dead animals, and help spread seeds. Basically, they’re nature’s cleanup crew!

By when will humans keep exploiting animals for profit, entertainment, labor, and cruelty? They feel pain, fear, love, and longing just like us. It is time we stop treating lives as commodities and start showing compassion. Humanity must evolve beyond exploitation. #AnimalRights #EndCruelty #Compassion #BeKind #VoicelessSouls
