@HisenseUK Yes - I’m waiting to hear from the service team. Although I’ve been told that as it is 2.5 yrs after I bought it, I’d be liable... not happy if the fault is significant.. an expensive item such as this should last significantly longer in my view..

A momentous day for our country... I’ve realised @Nestle have completely ballsed up @QualityStreetUK why take out the best and replace with rubbish...? I can’t imagine how many man & woman hours it took to come to a bad decision.... 😩
