It's the first consumer brand in the AI commerce era. Launched in April 2024, we're already doing what most shopping apps only talk about: actually saving people money at scale. We’ve been featured on The Today Show, built an extremely viral brand, and are now pulling over a million people a month into our product. You’re going to build a world class, repeatable, and scalable organic content machine and in doing so, you’ll become one of the few hands-on technicians directly responsible for building ecomm’s first AI native consumer brand (a $5T market). Your Mission - Build a best-in-class creator program others want to copy - Scale to 50+ high-performing creators in 90 days with repeatable systems - Design comp that turns creators into earners (retainers, bonuses, affiliate, milestones) - Foster a community that drives organic advocacy - Own content strategy: scale winning formats while enabling creativity - Make Dupe a top destination for UGC creators across platforms Day-to-day responsibilities - Lead weekly calls, 1:1s, and reviews — act as coach + morale driver - Coach creators on hooks, storytelling, CTAs, delivery, and authenticity - Build scalable systems: briefs, onboarding, workflows, and training content - Own approvals — enforce legal guardrails without slowing output - Design and optimize creator incentives (bonuses, leaderboards, milestones) - Run fast A/B tests across formats and platforms; turn insights into action quickly - Build and manage affiliate program (assign pages, track GMV, drive monetization) - Stay ahead of trends and translate them into content strategy - Report performance and strategy to exec team - Manage budget to drive strong ROI from creators You must demonstrate - Built and scaled UGC creator programs-networks, not one-offs - Strong coach: can quickly diagnose and improve creator content without discouraging them - Skilled at sourcing creators early (Side Shift, TikTok Shop, Discord, etc.) - Designed performance-based comp that motivates top creators - Deep understanding of authenticity (“FaceTime effect”) and how to develop it - Built engaging, high-retention creator communities - Systems-minded: briefs, onboarding, approvals, comp - built for scale - Strong, up-to-date instincts across TikTok, IG, Facebook, and Shorts
