TLDR: Check your account with @netsolcares Network Solutions and make sure you are not being charged for services you are not actually getting. They make some good money this way. Had a really interesting thing come up with Network Solutions today, when I discovered that despite canceling many domains a while ago, privacy protection remained in place for those cancelled domains - meaning they continues to charge my account for a service that actually has no objective value, features, or benefits to the customer. This is not like a software subscription you keep going but just don't use. Even that still provides the benefit of software if you choose to use it. This is straight up charging for a service they do not provide. Without a domain, it's like paying for homeowners insurance when you don't own a home (something that is impossible to do without an associated address). They are very aware of this issue but have taken no steps in fixing it. Most people will not discover it until they are charged for renewal. I lost a few bucks (whatever), but I imagine its a hefty additional revenue stream from a large pool of users that don't realize they need to cancel the service alongside cancelling their domains.
