Dubai Fincorp isn’t just a name it’s a positioning.
@spaceship @DFMalerts @domain_days @dubai @dubai

English

@Yibecoder @spaceship That’s actually helpful insight
From your experience, I’d love to understand this
If these are strong keywords like mine
but views are just keyword-level searches…
Then how do you evaluate the real value of such domains?
What would you realistically price them at?
English

@DomainVyapari @spaceship Spaceship stats show how many times a keyword was searched, so if your keyword was lets say xnx, it will show for all the TLD's, exchange in your case.
xnx. exchange was not the search, xnx was.
English

Seeing the data on @spaceship SellerHub raises a serious question?
If domains are getting 100+ search views
then why are there no sales?
real buyer demand or just vanity metrics?
Either there’s a major conversion issue
the data itself is misleading
Need clarity on this

English

@fulcrumtheory @spaceship “My guess is that Afternic is better at detecting bot traffic.”
This is exactly what the market is starting to feel about @spaceship ? ? ? ? ? ?
English

@DomainVyapari @spaceship My guess is that Afternic is better at detecting bot traffic
English

@fulcrumtheory @spaceship That’s the concern
I had these domains listed on Afternic before, now they’re on Spaceship.
And the difference in views is huge.
Real demand shouldn’t change across platforms
only the measurement does.
So are these views real… or just inflated signals?
English

@DomainVyapari @spaceship Spaceship stats seem very inflated. Page Views are way higher on Spaceship versus Afternic
English

@GoDaveX @Yibecoder @spaceship If price was the only factor, it would’ve sold already
These are high-traffic, powerful betting keywords
I even dropped the price from $100K → $5K
So clearly, it’s not just about lowering the price…
Let’s see what actually happens now
English

@DomainVyapari @Yibecoder @spaceship My point is, if you continued to lower your price...to zero even, it would sell.
English

@GoDaveX @Yibecoder @spaceship True pricing matters, But no intent = no sale
Right buyer -- everything else
English

@DomainVyapari @Yibecoder @spaceship I think pricing, alternative options, and other factors play a role in conversion.
English

@GoDaveX @dotcorner @spaceship Fair using it as a secondary signal is fine
But views ≠ buyer
They might hint timing,but they don’t confirm demand
Pricing should be based on real value,not vanity metrics
Otherwise you’re making decisions on nois not intent.
English

@DomainVyapari @dotcorner @spaceship I use the info as a signal only to double check my pricing in case a sale is near.
English

@GoDaveX @Yibecoder @spaceship 1 view → SOLD , 150 views → SILENCE
That’s not random… that’s a signal
This market doesn’t reward traffic
it rewards the right buyer at the right moment
So yeah… views don’t sell domains intent does.
English

@DomainVyapari @Yibecoder @spaceship I've had sales with only 1 view. I've had offers that don't close with many views. I've had no offers with many views. I have not detected any particular correlation between number of views and closed sales.
