@DavidSustiel All that being said, if you're mostly selling the in the sub 5k "impulse buy" range, it's usually a pretty big mistake to not have everything priced and on BIN landers.

Yes, from what you've said in the past about building relationships and converting buyers into repeat customers, I believe you're playing the game optimally for your approach. Running your own landers and negotiating yourself only wins if you put in the work and are an active participant. If you're passive about it, the way Afternic structured the commissions, you lose by not landing with them even with no commission. 90% is really high, that's surprising. I guess it depends largely on how you list at Afternic. Like if you mostly do "make offer" I could see a number like that being possible. Or if you list at Afternic with higher prices to bake in the commission. Actually I just poked around your portfolio site a bit and didn't see a single name that was priced, so that makes total sense. Most of the value of distribution networks comes from priced inventory. And with everything priced and on BIN landers, with price parity between the two, the network should vastly outperform the landers.

Removed 1750 domains from SEDO (again). Nothing personal SEDO but it's just not worth my time. April had less than 10 views on 1750 domains 😳, Had BIN prices just like recommended and nothing. no sales this year. This is my 3rd go around listing and removing my whole portfolio. Another proof that shows that your domains bring the traffic/sales. I use my own landers and in April my portfolio had well over 350,000 views and multiple sales. not financial/listing advice just sharing my personal experience.

Spaceship, can you please change your policy for account changes at GoDaddy, so that you're providing both an email and a customer number like all other major marketplaces? Because you don't provide a customer number, the only way to approve the transfer is through email, which is unreliable. If you don't receive the email the seller has to cancel the push and start it over again, and keep repeating this process until (and if) you finally receive the email from GoDaddy. But if you provided a customer number as well, you could just log in and go to pending transfers in and accept it, even if you never receive the email. It never fails this way. I have a sale where I've already done the push and gone through the DTVS security call THREE TIMES now, and your reps keep insisting that they don't see a pending transfer email. This is absolutely ridiculous, and it's an easy fix to update the canned push instructions. Please... seriously, there's no reason not to. @spaceship @namecheapceo123
