NHFD hospitals can get involved with this important international work by exporting their local NHFD data (patients admitted between 1/3/20 and 1/6/20), adding the extra IMPACT fields & submitting the anonymised data to the IMPACT team. See trauma.co.uk/impact for more info.

The WHiTE8 COPAL study, comparing lower dose single antibiotic cement with higher dose dual Ab cement in the fixation of intracapsular fractures with a cemented hemiarthroplasty, has been recruiting above target since it began in Aug 2018. Thanks to all 25 sites taking part! 😊
