@metsbatflip1 Carlos Mendoza made the decision to start Peterson when he had been successful in long relief. He also made the decision to use Myers in a blowout yesterday. This is on him

Don’t be bashing Carlos Mendoza for this.
He’s not the one that’s out there on the mound and he’s not the one who decided
DP should be in this rotation to open up the season, bring Manaea back, and keep Senga in the offseason.
This all falls on David Stearns without question.
