I assume you are referring to Foulkes leading the hypothetical race against a Republican and Ken Block? Block only gets 22% and the Republican candidate would get 23% and I’m pretty sure they are splitting votes. And then you have 17% undecided. So I wouldn’t say 60% doesn’t back the party. Plus the proof is in the pudding at the down ballot races. If 60% of the people are dissatisfied with the direction the state is going, change isn’t going to come from the governor’s race. It needs to come in the General Assembly. A healthy opposition party would force more oversight on the DOT. It would also ensure the skids are not greased for a Speaker to resign on the spot to take a life long judgeship. Newsflash to the 4 other candidates: you’re not getting the job. The electorate in this state is uninformed and thinks their person in the GA is such a nice guy and it is all the other ones ruining the state. Wrong! With zero opposition, they are all ruining the state.

@DonBotts @TimWhiteRI Flip side: max of 39% support best-polling candidate in the leading party, which leaves ~60% NOT backing that party

And it’s a wonder why rents are so high. And the politicians in Providence blame greedy landlords and try to introduce rent control when in the end, it is basic economics. Lack of supply due to a hyper increase in demand.
Dr. Mel Aaron Gibson@MelAaronGibson1

🚨 BREAKING: HUD Sec. Scott Turner just released a bombshell report that found between 2021-24, the foreign-born population accounted for more than 60% of rental demand growth Over +6 MILLION foreigners in that time. "We need to continue deportations!"

Socialism and rent control always promise relief - but deliver decay. Cap prices, crush incentives, kill supply… and suddenly there’s less housing, worse quality, and higher costs for everyone. Then the socialists want to address THAT with more govt. control. NO THANKS.
Alexandra Leslie@AlexandraLeslie

Days after Mayor Brett Smiley vetoed the City Council's rent control ordinance, State Rep. David Morales (who is running for mayor) joined supporters of the measure and urged six councilmembers who voted against it to change their votes. wpri.com/news/elections… @wpri12

For shits and giggles, I decided to see just how hard it would be to replace my birth certificate, Social Security card, AND my marriage license, since Democrats think women are too stupid to figure it out. Here's how it went: 1. Birth certificate: Contacted the health department of the county where I was born. They OVERNIGHTED a certified copy to me the next day - total cost, $14. 2. SS Card: Contacted Social Security on their site. They asked if I was sure I needed the card, since I 'won't likely be asked for it.' I went ahead and got it - took five business days to arrive - total cost, $0. 3. Marriage License: Went to the 'vital docs' site of the county where we were hitched. Filled everything out online, arrived in three days - total cost, $5. It cost less than $20 to obtain all three certified/legal documents, and it took less than five business days to receive them. Note: if I had lived where I was born or married, it would have been a day. Tops. Anyone telling you this is too hard or unfair is lying and hiding the real reason they want to stop Voter ID. I know you guys knew that already... lol

Once again… It’s clear all of the $38 trillion of National Debt is due to fraud. From fraudulent benefits schemes, fraudulent wars, fraudulent climate initiatives, fraudulent foreign aid, fraudulent scams by our politicians and on and on… Americans are being robbed. Sick.
