⚾️| Marshall Judisch is the first Comets Baseball player to hit for the cycle since Brady Nygaard in 2016. Both Judisch & Nygaard are May-Port-CG grads. Judisch had himself a day on March 29th in the Comets 19-3 win over the Blue Hawks. He was 8-12 with 5 RBIs on the weekend.

@JayStibbe @bwrightsman35 100% Jay! Majority of hockey community wants this. NDHSAA is missing out on a huge opportunity to help grow the sport in ND.

This would require the NDHSAA to spend time & understand hockey. For years many have talked about 2 classes which would allow both top & bottom schools to schedule opponents that give correct competition level. (Some teams go to Mn, some go to SD & Mt) Additionally, this may keep more kids @ home vs. leaving for AAA. I suspect some Jr. Gold teams move up if there are 2 classes. NDHSAA would be doing a service by keeping kids @ home. A 2 class statewide league would probably open teams up to scheduling 5-6 games outside the state.

So Red River beat Warroad. And Central beat Moorhead. 👀 Imagine 2 classes in ND High school hockey where the good ND teams got to open schedule more MN teams. And all the top players stay home. Your move ND high school league…

@DonSatrom @mkloster09 I can still remember when they beat the NC girls as 6th graders in the NC tournament thinking both of teams could be really good down the road. Turned out to be true six years later meeting in the state championship for VB and both making state in basketball.

They were as aggressive then as they are now. No limit on fouls in those 3rd grade games!😁
