I'm surprised Minnesota hasn't called Western Michigan's Pat Ferschweiler for the Head Coach opening. Born in Minnesota. Family there. Clearly an elite President, GM, Coach snd player developer which is the #cawlidgehawkey job. And he's in his prime.

@spudballclips lol. Think so? Grand Forks Bantam AA (the last level where ALL the top kids stay home) last year played 9 of top 10 teams in MN including Moorhead, Minnetonka and Edina and Rosemount and beat them all…

This would require the NDHSAA to spend time & understand hockey. For years many have talked about 2 classes which would allow both top & bottom schools to schedule opponents that give correct competition level. (Some teams go to Mn, some go to SD & Mt) Additionally, this may keep more kids @ home vs. leaving for AAA. I suspect some Jr. Gold teams move up if there are 2 classes. NDHSAA would be doing a service by keeping kids @ home. A 2 class statewide league would probably open teams up to scheduling 5-6 games outside the state.
