Zelensky has twice ordered attacks against the UN inspectors traveling toward the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) to stop the rotation of UN Obervers/Inspectors at the site. Ukrainian Army leadership is also reportedly formulating a contingency plan to seize and hold the plant hostage in case the Ukrainian front collapses or pending negotiations fail.
