Our girls fought like hell today and I couldn’t be more proud of them. Came up just a little short, but we did have several personal best come out of this meet. When these ladies get to full strength, it’s gonna be some furniture moving in these streets. Still plenty of work to do, but we are trending in the right direction for sure.

After yesterday's meet, here's where we stand as a team: • 27 new PRs • 5A #1, USA #32 performance • Two 5A Top 15 marks • Eight 5A Top 50 marks • Boys 4x200 – 5A Top 25 • Girls 4x400 – GA #9, 5A #3 Still plenty of work to do, but we're trending in the right direction. Rome wasn't built in a day. Back to business on Monday.

Adidas Meet of Champions in Atl was a whole movie. Some of the best high schoolers in the country running right alongside some of the best pro athletes in the world. What a great experience. Grateful for the opportunity to have our kids compete. Congrats to Cheyenne and Josiah!
