As many may have heard, I have tested positive for Covid-19. The last two days have been really tough. Bodyaches, headache, fever and an overwhelming exhaustion. I will be Ok though and God will get the glory! Thanks for the prayers and outpouring of love and support! #GodisGood

Balaam was hired to curse Israel, but every time he tried, he could only speak the blessings of God. Finally, Balaam said, “...He hath blessed, and I can not reverse it...” Just a reminder that nothing which rises against you can reverse the blessings of God in your life.

Prayer is the answer!! This battle is not being fought out on a political level. This war is on a principality level!!!

The danger of a carnal mind is not only that it prevents us from hearing God, but that it leads us to believe we have heard from God when we haven’t.

We must resist the spirits working through the anarchy in our world. God help us to resist the fear, anger and rebellion that are trying to dismantle all authority. This is a weary season on churches and pastors. Our leaders need our daily prayer covering and unwavering support.

Why pray in the Holy Ghost? Spirit always prays 4 right answer. It works! Rom 8:26 The Spirit itself maketh intercession for us. Eph 6:18 Praying always with all prayer & supplication in the Spirit, Jude 1:20 Praying in the Holy Ghost. 1 Cor 14:15 I will pray with the spirit.

Maybe the deception of the last days is as much about direction as doctrine. God forbid that seducing spirits would divide people of common belief by deceiving some to focus on the wrong thing. The devil would love to lure you out of spiritual service and into secular ideas.

If there is not at least a yearning in our hearts to live a holy life pleasing to God, we need to seriously question whether our faith in Christ is genuine... #thatsthetruthpj

As Christians we shouldn’t respond to issues in the same way as unbelievers; our speech, actions, social media should communicate God’s grace & the gospel’s power

As individuals we can participate in politics; as a church we should take a stand on relevant moral issues but don’t promote a partisan political agenda

Many modern-day apostles do not pen epistles and embark on international missionary journeys. Some punch time clocks and enter harvest fields in factories. The anointing of the Holy Spirit does not decrease from clerical collar to blue collar.

We lost one of the most Apostolic men to ever serve the UPCI, my friend, Eli Hernandez. He blessed our church & district. He & Kathy went to Thailand with Uncle Bill & me—what a blessing! Elsy & I are praying for Kathy & Charity. “Absent from the body is present with the LORD.”

I felt so challenged by the Lord this morning. God help us be spiritually minded leaders.

NEED-BASED PRAYERS If your “prayer life” is primarily motivated by your needs and when your have “no needs” you find it “hard to pray,” be assured that your Heavenly Father LOVES you so much that He will always assure that you have plenty of needs to pray for!
