@StrobeSML It's still election interference shes doing so Judge Chutkan will be charged by the incoming Trump DoJ all the same along with Alvin Bragg, Leticia James, Fanny Willis, Judge Merchan and those involved.
All of them are going to face the full force of the MAGA Law Enforcement.
English

@NoOneUnscripted @kyledcheney They certainly do. So, why is Jack Smith and Judge Chutkan intent on redacting exculpatory evidence?
English

@GrimDaysAreHere @DouglasBluewave this is disclosure of an ongoing case, not investigation, charging or taking statements. The timetable was set and agreed by all parties and the court. and who does Jack Smith work for?
English

@DouglasBluewave Just like yourself, Tanya Chutkan either does not understand the fucking law, or she ignores it.

English

@MaryLTrump the deterioration in his physical appearance is most noticeable in this photo. He looks like a bag of bones wrapped in a very ill fitting suit.
English

@RealBenCarson It hasn't stopped anything. 1) J6 jury will decide if TFG was speaking and acting in an official capacity. 2) MAL docs was after he was president. 3) RICO/Fake Electors - jury will decide if TFG's actions were conducted as part of his official duties.
English

@AP tough toenails, Republicans. The tape is protected by executive privilege, and SCOTUS just gave Biden carte blanche to tell Garland to do one, if he wants. See how that presidential immunity is working so well for Republicans who are gloating lol?
English

BREAKING: House Republicans sue Attorney General Garland for access to audio of Biden's interview with special counsel. apnews.com/article/merric…
English

@AP I honestly think if everyone got their panties out of a bunch, they would realise that what has been ruled today has always been the case. TFG will not be able to get his lawsuits dismissed because of this.
English

In a historic 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court justices said for the first time that former presidents have absolute immunity from prosecution for their official acts and no immunity for unofficial acts.
Read the full ruling on the Trump immunity case: apnews.com/live/supreme-c…
English

@gooberbiden Nope it don't. TFG was not president when the decision was made to pay off the two women. Nice try though.
English

This Supreme Court decision severely impacts the New York hush money decision. Expect an immediate emergency motion to overturn that decision. The analysis required by the Supreme Court never took place. The judge was warned to wait on the Supreme Court to rule, but instead he proceeded hastily to secure a conviction. The entire conviction must be immediately overturned. Expect that decision to be overturned any day.
English

@JaiShreeRam90 @EndWokeness and another person has just proved they have not read it. Bravo!!!!
English

@EndWokeness The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Donald Trump.
Pride month is over.
Kamala Harris got a huge community note.
And it’s only July 1st!!!
JULY IS GOING TO BE AWESOME! 🇺🇸
English

Without immunity, the President of the United States is unable to properly serve the American people and defend our nation.
In today’s precedent-setting, 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court did right by President Trump, they did right by the American people, and they did right by the hallowed institution of the Presidency of the United States.
Jack Smith's indictment is a disgrace to our legal system and it's time that our nation turns the page on this egregious lawfare because President Trump did nothing wrong.
English

@FPWellman King Joe the First sounds pretty good. He has quite a few months to make sure he and the Democrats are never pushed out of power. Trump just opened that can of worms - and it is bloody marvellous. He thinks he has won a victory. He just lost the war.
English

@Senshado1 @Cosmos5950 Exactly. “Official acts” versus “unofficial acts” is purely semantics. If the president believes that it’s an official act, and claims that it’s an official act, then it’s an official act.
English

@matt_cam not sure that they have EVER been able to use presidential records in a court case, as the sitting president concerned would assert presidential privilege over any documents or recordings. This however would not stop any prosecution before a jury.
English

@Tinydiamond60 @iontecs_pemf @proudelephant Have you read the SCOTUS opinion? No. It specifically says that any official act undertaken during the presidency cannot be prosecuted - it SPECIFICALLY STATES that killing an opposition would be considered an official act.
English

@iontecs_pemf @proudelephant I am actually scared about this. They are so desperate they want to have the Obiden coup murder him? Murdering a political opponent would not fall under presidential immunity. We are talking about documents ending up in Mar-a-Lago and they go to murder?
English

@TonnySlijper why? he is not off the hook for any of his lawsuits.
English

@EvaMarieGrace @1st_thinker @amandacarlucci_ @conservfam7 @DashDobrofsky @FoxNews 33 troops died in Trump's first year as president. At least 65 were declared dead by the end of his presidency.
English

@1st_thinker @amandacarlucci_ @conservfam7 @DashDobrofsky @FoxNews The main, the HUGE lies are, the laptop that 51 intel agents signed and should be tried for it. The Steele Dossier, Jan 6, documents, maralago worth $18 mill, the border is closed, most importantly that no soldiers died during bidens presidency. Fucking liar! Trump had NO deaths!
English

@lillybell2005 erm................. TFG was not president when he took, looked through and illegally retained the documents. So nope, this case is now a hot potato for Cannon. She is running out of excuses to dismiss the case.
English

Read "Justice Thomas just gifted Judge Cannon a reason to blow up Trump's Mar-a-Lago prosecution, another bad sign for Jack Smith' on SmartNews: He is a piece of shit who belongs in JAIL not on the Supreme Court! l.smartnews.com/p-A9P8V/eccXse
English

@alvisobeach @RonaldFrump15 @MandieShafer40 @rexregisrebelis @FoxNews Now YOU try googling all those subjects and the Presidential Records Act. You might learn something. Also TFG is on tape that saying he could not declassify documents when he left the White House.

Trump immunity case: Supreme Court rules ex-presidents have substantial protection from prosecution trib.al/qNzlidK
English

@numbcomf @RepRichHudson so happy, as all the court cases against TFG will still be allowed to go ahead. And Seal Team 6 is on readiness, so I have heard.
English

@RepRichHudson Big win for justice. Hopefully the end of the kangaroo courts. All Americans should be happy for this ruling, regardless of their political leanings.
