Minnesota State Patrol directly violated the Fourth Amendment and the Minnesota Constitution Article 1 Section 10. He directed his dog to jump in the window. It didn't do it the first round, so he brought him back and started over, and you can see his hand gestures. This is the type of trash we have with badges in Minnesota.
