I'm going to do N=1 with vitamin D, increasing my intake from 10,000 IU a day to 15,000. I'll try it for 4 months and see if there is any discernible difference.

It's interesting how my body clearly communicates what it wants since I went into ketosis 8 years ago. I used to go into the gym with an agenda. Not anymore. Since going into ketosis, my body communicates what it wants. Some days it wants to go heavy. Other days it wants to lighten up the weight and go TUT. Whatever it wants is what I do. No need to have a pre-determined agenda for my workouts. I love it!

Trump has threatened to destroy Iran's power-generating infrastructure if it does not open the Straight of Hormuz. The destruction of Iran's power infrastructure will affect Iranian civilians, but it also has a military component. While modern life is ugly without power, a lack of power doesn't kill people en masse. In response, Iran has threatened to destroy the water infrastructure of its Middle East neighbors. Unlike a disruption of power, an absence of water will kill everyone affected within 4 days. In other words, Iran's threat is to kill hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of innocent civilians in countries that are not at war with Iran. This is Iran threatening genocide on an unimaginable scale. I'm confident the U.S. possesses chemical weapons of which the world has never heard, with appropriate delivery systems. IMO, the U.S. should immediately kill every single Iranian government official who is in a position of power, or might assume power if those above him die. Iranian leadership must be thoroughly beheaded before it can murder millions of innocent civilians. If tactical nukes are necessary to get at them, so be it. If the U.S. does not take this action right now, by next weekend, a million innocent civilians, including children, may be dead.

Because fuel prices vary considerably across the country, using hard numbers is meaningless. The percentage of increase is what gives us an accurate picture. As an example, gas here in Pahrump has increased 43% in 2 weeks.
