In the video, he remained respectful and submitted only that the order recorded something factually incorrect, requesting a few minutes for his submission. More power to Mr. Chugh; he didn’t lose grace even under a barrage of comments from the bench. Judges are there to judge with the assistance of counsel. Let us at least assist. This is concerning, and I feel the need to reiterate why VC or video recording is essential, as checks and balances matter not just for lawyers and litigants, but for the institution as a whole. @advbharatchugh
